Pomerium 0.10

August 10, 2020

We are excited to announce version 0.10 of Pomerium! Highlights of this release include:

  • Kubernetes API integration – Pomerium can now be used to enforce context-aware access to your Kubernetes cluster. Pomerium brings centralized single-sign-on, dynamic access policy, and global audit trails to all things that pass through the Kubernetes API, including kubectl commands. Check out the demo and walkthrough!

  • Serverless support – In collaboration with the Google Cloud Run team, Pomerium now supports serverless deployments!

  • Istio integration – Pomerium and Istio go together like peas and carrots. Use Pomerium to manage incoming user requests, and then lean on Istio’s mTLS support to complete the zero-trust loop.

This release of Pomerium had 260 commits from 12 authors across 8 organizations. This release also includes additional many other new features, general improvements, and bug fixes, a complete list of which can be found in the changelog.

As always, we recommend upgrading and testing this release in an isolated environment. If you experience any issues, please report them on the Pomerium GitHub issue tracker.
