Announcing Pomerium Enterprise General Availability

We are pleased to announce the general availability of Pomerium Enterprise! Pomerium is widely used by individuals and teams at companies large and small as the standard for identity-aware access. We’ve been working with our design partners on an enterprise version of Pomerium that we are thrilled to be finally able to share with you today.

We have very long-term plans with Pomerium Enterprise. We can now say to our developer teams about authorization, and logging "we've got you covered". We are actually saving them work, which is completely unheard of coming out of a security team!

Pomerium Enterprise

Pomerium Enterprise is built on Pomerium Open Source. Pomerium Enterprise makes it easier to manage zero-trust and BeyondCorp-style access at scale with features for organizations with auditing, compliance, governance, and risk management needs.

Management UI

Pomerium Enterprise lets you view traffic, runtime info, sessions and logs, define routes and policies, and organize your service access all from a centralized web interface.

Programmatic API

Everything that is manageable in the UI can also be driven programmatically via the API. Integrate Pomerium into your existing deployment and CI/CD workflows by managing configurations from the programming language or infrastructure management tool of your choice.

Self-Service & Governance Capabilities

Pomerium Enterprise supports Namespaces, which make it easy to add role-based access control (RBAC) to Pomerium itself. With Namespaces, application owners can self-service route configuration and application level authorization policy. 

Deployment History & Audit Logs

To support your auditing and compliance needs, Pomerium Enterprise gives a complete view of user access, policy decisions, and change history. 

Declarative and Code based Policy

Authorization policy can be expressed in a YAML-like declarative language or as code to enforce ABAC, RBAC, or any other governance policy controls. Pomerium Enterprise includes a Web GUI builder for declarative policy. 

Session Management and Impersonation

User sessions can be revoked or impersonated in real-time. Session management provides administrators a way to inspect and remotely debug user sessions.
